Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time after the minimum 6 month term.
Upon cancellation:
Future billing will cease
Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused time
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian
Consumer Law.
This includes:
Change of mind
Lack of use
Change in personal circumstances
Credits are purchased separately from membership and are used to access services
within TMWH.
All Credit purchases are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Once Credits have been purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This
includes unused, partially used, expired, or Credits no longer valid for use.
Users are responsible for managing their Credits.
Credits are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Following this period, Credits will expire. Expired Credits will remain visible within the
User’s account for transparency but will no longer be valid for use.
Credits are not forfeited upon cancellation of membership.
Upon cancellation:
Membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
Credits may continue to be used during this period
After this period, any remaining Credits will remain in the account but will be no longer valid for use unless membership is reactivated
Credits used for Practitioner bookings are considered consumed at the time of booking or service delivery, in line with the Hub-wide cancellation terms set out in Section 6.
Credits may only be used while an active membership is in place.
Access to services using Credits is conditional upon maintaining an active TMWH
membership.
Services provided by Practitioners are booked using Credits.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set Hub-wide, not by individual Practitioners:
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged, and no Credits are lost.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, are charged in full. This fee is shared with the Practitioner who held the appointment, in line with the payment split set out in their agreement.
Refunds for Practitioner services are not provided by TMWH outside the 24 hour notice period above.
Any issues with a Practitioner's service should be raised directly with the Practitioner in the first instance, or with TMWH if unresolved.
TMWH makes reasonable efforts to ensure services and Practitioners are available.
However:
Availability is not guaranteed
Changes to services, inclusions, or Practitioners may occur at any time
Such changes do not entitle Users to refunds.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer
Law.
You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy where:
A service is not provided with due care and skill
A service is not fit for purpose
A service does not match its description
Where required by law, TMWH will provide appropriate remedies.
TMWH reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
Any updated version will be published on our website.
Continued use of TMWH constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
