The Midlife Wellness Hub was founded by Sabine Armbruster, with a clear vision; to create a more structured, supportive, and connected way for women to navigate midlife.

After recognising the gaps in traditional wellness and coaching spaces, Sabine set out to build something different.

Not another course.
Not another app.

But a connected ecosystem of trusted practitioners, practical tools, and ongoing support, where professionals work collaboratively to support women more holistically.
